Deep Root Feeding
Deep Root Feeding is a method of taking fertilizer directly to the root system by drilling holes into the ground in a specific area around your tree and then placing a measured amount of slow release fertilizer in each hole. Essentially, this provides your tree with a potent dose of the beneficial nutrients that your tree needs. This method is much more effective than simply applying fertilizer on top of the ground, as frequently done today, often causing "burning" of your trees roots or triggering that awful spotting on your lawn that shows up like a checker board, detracting from the beauty of your landscape.
So why would I need to Deep Root Feed?
If your tree has been damaged in any way.
If your tree has been placed under "stress" due to any number of circumstances such as construction, soil compaction, improper pruning or planting, etc. |
